Initial Conversation:
Let’s get to know each other. Tell us about your goals, your team, your fears, what drives you and how we may be able to help.
Vetting & Discovery:
We’ll do our research on each other, and be sure our two businesses are a good fit.
Agreement Proposal Finalized and Transition Timeline Defined:
The official paperwork will be completed. This includes on-boarding processes and timelines for your first day.
Salon/Team Visit:
We’ll visit your location, meet your team and answer all of THEIR questions about what’s happening.
